At Hammer Coal, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our premium leather products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Products that show signs of use or are not in their original condition will not be accepted for return.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
